These Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”) are the standard terms and conditions that apply to the Sale of Goods by TKK-Bases Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 13124780. Our Registered Office address is 14 Pownall Crescent, Colchester, Essex, CO2 7RG United Kingdom. Base Seagsaidh® is a registered trademark of TKK-Bases Ltd.
For the avoidance of doubt any reference to “us”, “we”, or “our” in the Terms refers to TKK-Bases Ltd and any reference to “you” or “your” refers to the customer as a purchaser of TKK-Bases Ltd products. It is a condition of a user accessing and reading the Base Seagsaidh® website (“the Website(s)”) that TKK-Bases Ltd disclaims all warranties in respect of the same whether expressed or implied in relation to the material published on the Website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
By using and placing an order on the Website, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to view and purchase the items. If we discover that you are not of legal age to view or order certain goods, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
This page (together with our Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy) tells you information about TKK-Bases Ltd and the legal terms and conditions on which we sell any of the products listed on the Website.
These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of products to yourself. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any products from the Website. Before placing an order you will be asked to agree to these Terms. If you refuse to agree to these Terms, you will not be able to order any products from the Website.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at our discretion. When you go to place an order you should check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at the time of placing the order. When placing an order you will need to also accept these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Contracts
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order). Sometimes mistakes happen in our pricing and we reserve the right to cancel orders that were placed at the incorrect prices, particularly if the mistake is considerable and the order price is clearly incorrect. We will contact you if this would be the case to discuss before any cancellation.
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£GBP) and exclude delivery charges and applicable VAT/taxes. Delivery and VAT/tax charges will be applied at the checkout and be based on your shipping location. If you do not have a shipping location listed against your account or if you have not signed up for an account, on your checkout shipping location, then the billing location will be used to determine the price of your delivery and VAT/tax charges. As noted in the section on Customs & Import Duties/Taxations, you may be responsible for additional charges relating to shipping to a non-UK destination from your local Customs services.
Only when we accept the Order by sending you a confirmation email that your order has been accepted will a contract have been created between yourself and TKK-Bases Ltd.
Cancellations
If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right under the Consumer Regulations Act 2015 to cancel your order within fourteen (14) working days following the receipt of the goods so long as the sealed packaging that the goods are contained in has not been opened or tampered with. This does not include outer delivery packaging. Our sealed packaging specifically allows you to inspect the goods for workmanship fault (that does not include colour variations) prior to opening the sealed bag. Your Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy that explains how we collect, use and store your personal information, including who we may share it with; how long we keep it; the circumstances in which we may contact you (including sending you advertising and marketing messages); and the rights you have in relation to your personal information.

TKK-Bases Ltd does not and will never sell or rent your data to any third party!
Customs & Import Duties/Taxations
If you are purchasing our goods from outside the UK, it is likely you will be subject to import duties and taxes from your country’s Customs service, that are applied once the package reaches your country. These charges will be your responsibility. Please bear this in mind when making your purchase as it will potentially change the overall purchase prices of your goods. We are not responsible for these duties and taxes and are required by law to declare the value of your goods on the accompanying customs paperwork. Please note, for privacy and discretion, our handmade toys will be listed as “Silicone Sculpture” where applicable.
Additionally, you are considered the importer of record and take responsibility for compliance with local laws as they apply to adult products. We will not be held responsible for these laws and will not issue any refunds or credits for items that are seized by the local customs services of any country. We are also not aware of the duties and taxes that are applied by your customs services and cannot be responsible for credits or refunds as a result of these additional charges, that may also include additional shipping/freight fees for handling by our local shipping partner.
As of 2021-01-01, the UK has officially left the EU. This means that we will no longer be charging VAT for EU customers who will now be required to pay duties and taxes when your order arrives in your country. However, this is a constantly changing situation and we reserve the right to modify this policy further if additional guidance is provided by the UK Government in this respect.
Use of Base Seagsaidh®
TKK-Bases Ltd will not be liable for any use of the Website (including any ordering of products) that results in the following:
– losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made;
– losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier;
– business losses and/or losses to non-consumers.
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
– death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
– fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and
– any breach of the terms related to description, satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose or our products
In addition, TKK-Bases Ltd may provide links to external websites not maintained by TKK-Bases Ltd. The information or material on these external websites are beyond our control and we are not responsible for the content of those external websites.
Base Seagsaidh® is an adult site, selling products to adults. It is NOT a site for people under the legal adult age in your location with specific regards to adult sexually related products. If you are under the legal adult age in your location then please do not use this site. The purchase of products on this site by people under the legal adult age in your location is prohibited. Additionally, the purchase of products on this site by people, for others who are under the legal adult age, in your location is also prohibited. TKK-Bases Ltd will aggressively block/ban people identified as under the legal adult age in your location as well as any adult who is purchasing one of our products as a proxy for an underaged person. If an order has been placed and not yet fulfilled for a person identified as under the legal adult age in your location, that order will be immediately cancelled and refunded. If that order has been produced, but not yet delivered, it will be cancelled with only the delivery charges being refunded.
It is illegal for a company to sell adult sexually related products to a person who is under the legal adult age in your location. It does not matter that Base Seagsaidh® may or may not be in a different location to the person making the purchase, nor does it matter that the laws of our location, the United Kingdom, might be different to yours. It is the laws specific to your location that are applicable in all cases as far as we are concerned. We have no interest in selling our products to people that are under the legal age in your location and firmly believe that this adult space, base-seagsaidh.com, is not the place for people who are underage.
Disclaimer
TKK-Bases Ltd provides the Website on an ‘as is’ bases and does not warrant that the functions contained in and the material on the Website will be uninterrupted, or error or defect-free, or that the Website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. Further TKK-Bases Ltd does not represent the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials on the Website.
In addition, TKK-Bases Ltd makes no (and disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Website or the information or content included on it.
The use and/or misuse of certain products in our range can potentially cause serious personal injury, usage of our products is at the customer’s own risk. Be careful and use common sense when considering the use of adult products regardless of where you purchase them from.
With the exception of a few products in our catalogue, where noted, all of our products are handmade in the UK. Handmade goods are subject to minor imperfections from the creation through to final manufacturing process that needs to be kept in mind when considering any of our products. This may include colour combinations, colour tones and mixes, pouring patterns, sculpt or casting mould surface imperfections. Where possible we try to minimise these as best we can, however sometimes these can be present. None of these minor imperfections would affect the usage and safety of our products. These are not considered manufacturing flaws and we do not accept returns or cancellations based on these minor imperfections.
All goods are inspected prior to final packaging and delivery to ensure that they are free from manufacturing flaws that would affect the usage or safety of our products. The safety of our products for use by our customers is our highest priority. In the event that a manufacturing flaw slips through our inspections, we would happily replace the goods free of charge. The disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights in the provision of goods.
Legal Disclaimer
We may be required to disclose your personal information by law to relevant authorities.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via our carriers as soon as the manufacturing process is complete using the method you selected when placing your order for goods. Missing items from your order must be reported to customer services on help@base-seagsaidh.com within 48 hours from the date you receive your goods. We understand that this may not always be possible due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we ask you to get in contact to discuss your situation with us.
Discount Coupons & Loyalty Points
From time to time, TKK-Bases Ltd will provide Discount Coupons to existing or new clients or via marketing campaigns. Discounts Coupons have no direct monetary value and cannot be refunded for a cash value. Discount Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other deals or offers, whether those are other Discount Coupons or sales and offers unless specifically noted at the time of issue. We also reserve the right to cancel Discount Coupons or alter their validity for any reason. Discount Coupons will not be valid against shipping and other delivery services.
TKK-Bases Ltd may offer a Loyalty Points programme to its customers. Loyalty Points have no monetary value and cannot be used for any purpose other than redeeming against designated Base Seagsaidh® products. At no time will Loyalty Points be available to be refunded for a cash value. We also have the full authority to adjust Points balances in your account upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned or suspected fraud.
Loyalty Points and Discount Coupons will always have a specific expiration date related to the particulars of the offer when awarded. We will do our best to ensure that expiring Coupons or Points balances are identified to you prior to expiration.
Offers, Sales or Promotions
We provide notice of offers, sales and promotions via our newsletter that you can subscribe to or our social media accounts. We do not provide exchanges or refunds on products that are discounted as part of these promotions unless the goods have a manufacturing fault. Force Majeure
TKK-Bases Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by a force majeure event. A force majeure event means any act or event beyond our reasonable control such as, but not limited to, strikes or industrial action by third parties (not those caused by TKK-Bases Ltd’s own employees), civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attacks, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disasters (“Event”).
If an Event takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:
– we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and
– our obligations under a Contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event. Where the Event affects our delivery of products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event is over.
You may also cancel a Contract affected by an Event. To cancel please contact us using our Contact Us form. If you opt to cancel, and no goods have already been produced to your custom specification, we will refund you any price that you have already paid.

The content of this site including text, logos, icons, buttons, images, designs and software is the property of TKK-Bases Ltd or licensed by TKK-Bases Ltd for its use and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.
Billing
Charges to your credit/debit card or other financial institution account used for payment of the goods will be shown on your statement as TKK-Bases Ltd and likely indicate our payment provider, Stripe.
We do not store any payment information on our systems with the exception of minimal details confirming payment processing receipts and confirmation data. Your card details are all handled by the payment processing service you use during checkout and are not passed to TKK-Bases Ltd.
Account Registration & Security
You can register for an account at various points within the website, including at the time of checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the details of your account and the security of your password. We would highly recommend that you register on our site using one of the social networking login options such as Google, Twitter or Amazon. This will create an account that is linked to your social profile and will not require the separate entry of a password to use our site. Using a social network login option does not share any other information relating to your account from the specific service, such as Google preferences, Twitter tweets or Amazon purchases, only the minimum amount of data required to fulfil your order such as name or email address. In some cases, you may still be required to complete additional information on your accounts with this website such as phone numbers, email addresses or billing/shipping addresses to ensure that we can fulfil your order requirements properly.
We do not share information about your account or purchases back to these social networking login services, however, they may track visits/logins to our site via their own software. Please note, when using a social network login, if you lose access to your social account, it is possible that you will lose access to this site also. If this occurs, please get in contact with us so we can activate your account using another method. This will ensure you maintain your order history with us and any other data such as loyalty points or discount coupons if applicable. As part of this service, we will ask you information relating to your account that only you should know, however we will never share your details with anyone unless we first verify it is you. Additionally we will never ask you for your password or other personal information directly when attempting to verify you.
If you have set up an account on this website and not used any of the available social login options, then you must ensure the security of your account and password. We have provided a 2FA (2-Factor Authentication) option for all our customer accounts and absolutely recommend that you make use of it to further secure your account. It is currently the most secure method for inline accounts and should always be used if available. It does add an extra step in logging in, but prevents access to your account if your username and password have ever been compromised elsewhere. Which we would also add, never use the same password on multiple online sites.
