Cancellations

We offer cancellations provided the cancellation request is received prior to the purchase moving to the ‘Shippedstatus. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for orders that have already been poured. Cancellations can be made by using our Contact Us form. Please select Order Cancellation from the Contact Type dropdown list and enter the order number you are looking to cancel. If you are looking to only cancel a part of the order, please ensure that you clearly identify the product that you are looking to cancel by giving the product name and/or the SKU. This information can be found in your original email we sent you after placing the order. We will be in contact with you to confirm your cancellation.

If you are a UK Customer you have the right to cancel your order for 14 days from the date of delivery and return the goods to us within 30 days from the date of delivery unless the goods have been opened or were custom made specifically for you. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive the goods back. As noted, you will not be able to return the goods if you have opened or tampered with the sealed packaging regardless if the item was from inventory or custom made for you. Please ensure that you fully inspect your order before opening the sealed packaging.

We reserve the right to cancel your customer account and refuse all future orders if we suspect you are abusing our cancellation policy.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal or custom made nature of the product, we do not accept returns of opened items for reasons including but not limited to the following:

  • Wrong size/firmness/model/colours ordered by the customer. Our listings and additional details pages for sizes and firmness provide adequate details to help you make your decision. Please ensure you have chosen carefully based on the available information.
  • Buyer’s Remorse (Please purchase responsibly)
  • Items that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been delivered.
  • Items that are lost, stolen or damaged by our shipping carriers. Please get in contact with us using the Contact Us form for any issue.
  • Items sold as “less desirables”.
  • Personal Lubricants cannot be returned. If there is a problem with your Personal Lubricant, please get in contact with us using the Contact Us form.

Please inspect your purchase thoroughly BEFORE YOU OPEN THE SEALED BAG. If you discover any issues that we did not document at the time of the sale, take clear, well-lit photos, and Contact Us immediately. 

You must contact us within 14 days from the date and time of delivery for any legitimate manufacturing defect reason using the Contact Us form. Unopened Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days following the acknowledgement from us of authorisation to return. We will happily arrange for a return postage label to be provided to you at no cost.

Refunds/discounts may be possible on a case by case basis for manufacturing issues that were undocumented at the time of the sale and will be offered entirely at our discretion. We will not refund items sold as a “less desirables” due to defects, as the defects have been noted in the listing and it is your responsibility to read the listing. Custom colour toys made specifically for you cannot be returned and refunded.

Removing your item from or tampering with the item’s original sealed packaging automatically voids our ability to refund or your ability to return your purchase. You will not be able to return your item if the original sealed packaging has been opened.

We use packaging solutions that allow you to fully inspect your order before opening the packaging.
