Every product hand poured by Base Seagsaidh® includes a unique identifier. You will find a sticker on the Product Registration card, inside the packaging your toy arrived in (shown on the left, or above on a mobile device). The unique identifier sticker includes a QR code that can be scanned on your mobile device that will take you to our website and the specific Product Registration entry record.
The entry includes all of the details of the product such as size, firmness, colour, weight and product code. Additionally it will show the silicone used and the pigments included, along with their respective ingredients. Finally the key dates for pour, quality check, packing and shipping will be displayed.
The Product Registration entry will NOT include personal details such as your name, address or payment details, nor will it include any delivery information other than the date it was shipped. This information is not stored in our systems against the Product Registration entry record.
The Product Registration entry record is to provide a permanent identifier for your product and its specifics for the life of the toy. If you sell your toy, we would recommend you also provide the Product Registration sticker (the one with the QR Code) to the new owner.
